"My order was off, I got the wrong..."
My order was off, I got the wrong coupon books and one of them wasn’t even included. I emailed them about it, I still haven’t gotten a real fix. it’s been frustrating.

"Couldn’t even stay logged in lol"
I tried getting into my savearound account and it kept telling me my info was wrong, even after I reset the password. The reset email also took way longer than I expected, which made the whole thing even more frustrating lol.
When I finally did get in, it logged me right back out again. Support didn’t really help much either, so overall it was just annoying. It really shouldn’t be this hard to use an account.
"Not many local spots and too much hassle"
I was hoping to find more local places near me, but the options were limited. On top of that, it felt like there were too many steps just to get through the process, which made it more frustrating than it needed to be.
"No one ever gets back to you"
I reached out to savearound twice by email about an issue with my order and never got an actual response. It felt like I was just being ignored. I tried calling too, but after waiting around with no help, I gave up. Like, how is this okay when a customer actually needs support? Definitely not worth the hassle.

"National brand deals were kind of disappointing :/"
I was hoping the national brand deals would make the membership feel worth it, but most of the offers were weak or stuff I could already find online for free. For me, it just didn’t really add enough value to justify keeping it :(

The app itself seems easy to use, so I’ll give it that, but there are barely any deals in my area. Kind of hard to get excited about something that looks helpful until you realize there’s basically nothing nearby

"Not the right fundraiser for our school"
We tried SaveAround for our school fundraiser, it just didn’t end up being a great match for us.
A lot of families mentioned that the deals weren’t really useful around our area, and reading between the lines, I think that made people hesitant to buy or promote it. It felt like we were putting in a decent amount of effort for a small return.
I’m sure it might work better in other communities, but for our school, where we needed something easy for families to get behind, I probably wouldn’t choose it again.

"Exclusions weren’t obvious enough"
I usually pay close attention to the parts that matter most, like coverage details and cost, but the exclusions were way too easy to miss. I only noticed some of them later, and it felt like they should’ve been made much clearer upfront.

"Canceling Took More Effort Than Expected"
I had a hard time canceling, and the refund details weren’t very clear. I remember clicking around for a while trying to figure out what would actually happen after I canceled, which was frustrating. It would’ve been much better if the refund info had been laid out more plainly

"Coupons were a letdown"
I tried using my SaveAround coupons at three local spots, and two of them told me they don’t accept them anymore. It’s frustrating when you’ve already paid for the book expecting it to actually save you money. i was annoyed. Then again, maybe I just had bad luck, but for me it ended up feeling like more hassle than it was worth.

"Ordering shouldn’t have been this frustrating"
I tried ordering through SaveAround, the whole checkout process felt harder than it needed to be. The site kept freezing right when I was trying to pay, so I had to refresh a few times, and then I wasn’t even sure if my order actually went through. The confirmation email also took way longer than expected, which didn’t help. It kind of felt like the website wasn’t set up well enough for a basic order. Annoying experience overall, and I probably wouldn’t order from the site again

"Not worth it for me"
I tried it hoping the savings would add up, but it just didn’t feel worth it. The coupons I got barely saved me anything, and a bunch were for things I wouldn’t even buy. Maybe this is just how these deals usually go, but based on my experience, I felt like I spent money to save almost nothing

"Coupon book was more hassle than it was worth"
I was disappointed with this coupon book. It felt cheap and kind of outdated, and a lot of the deals were for places I’d never actually go to. Some of the pages even looked like they were printed poorly. On top of that, using the coupons felt like way too many steps for what little savings you get. I ended up feeling like it just wasn’t worth the price.

"I’ve used SaveAround a handful of times..."
I’ve used SaveAround a handful of times, and to be fair, some of the deals are actually useful, especially for food spots around me. The site itself is easy enough to use, so no real complaint there.
The annoying part is that some coupons felt outdated or just weren’t that great anymore, which kind of makes it feel like they’re not staying on top of it. It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely hit or miss, and I’d probably use it more if they actually added fresher deals more often

"Honestly, I’m not sure I trust the emails"
I used SaveAround and the deals were alright, but the emails from the company were kind of confusing. A few of them made it seem like something was urgent, and then it turned out not to be. I also had to dig around a bit to find clear info about my account and renewal details. Nothing terrible happened, but the way they communicate didn’t really make me feel all that confident.

"The sales materials made things harder on us"
I was disappointed with the sales materials we got from SaveAround. The flyers and forms just looked cheap, outdated, and a little blurry, which made it harder for us when we were already trying to get people interested. Some of the info felt crammed together, and the photos didn’t really do much to help explain anything. It kind of felt like we were set up to struggle, because these materials were supposed to make selling easier, not make us look unprepared. I really expected better quality.
